Robert Friedman​

Robert brings more than 35 years of experience across finance, technology, real estate, investment banking, and business development. Throughout his career, he has worked at the intersection of capital, innovation, and entrepreneurship, helping companies develop strategies, build partnerships, secure financing, and pursue opportunities for growth.

He began his post-graduate career at Paramount BioCapital, a healthcare-focused investment banking and asset management firm specializing in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and life sciences. This experience provided Robert with an early foundation in financing and advising emerging companies, particularly those navigating the path from innovation and early-stage development to commercialization.

Robert later served as a Principal at Lanesborough Partners and as a Managing Director at Bankers Capital Realty Advisors, where he was involved in arranging significant real estate and corporate financing transactions. He also held a senior role at Oppenheimer & Co. in New York, where he led the firm’s Israel desk, working with companies, investors, and business leaders across international markets.

His experience also extends into technology, construction, and entrepreneurship. Robert served as Chief Business Development Officer of FullStack Modular, a leader in modular building innovation, and co-founded TechPrefab, a modular development company that created a proprietary cloud-based construction platform.

Across these roles, Robert has developed a multidisciplinary perspective that combines financial expertise, strategic thinking, business development, and hands-on entrepreneurial experience. He brings this perspective to identifying opportunities, developing partnerships, and helping innovative businesses translate ideas into sustainable growth.

Robert received his MBA from the Yale School of Management, with concentrations in Finance, Real Estate, and Marketing, and earned his BA in Economics from Yeshiva University.
